What we believe
A new workforce has arrived: the artificial workforce.
Artificial employees — hired, onboarded, and held accountable like people. They join your meetings. They carry the follow-through. They execute your procedures on schedule. And they deliver finished work, with the evidence behind every conclusion.
Not copilots. Not chatbots. Not features. Employees.
The next decade isn’t about better software. It’s about learning to employ this new workforce — and the institutions that learn first will compound away from everyone else.
Our mission
Our mission is to help enterprises employ this new kind of workforce.
We take the enterprise as it is — its meetings, its procedures, its systems, its people — and make it autonomous from the inside. Your organization already knows how to do its job. We give it a workforce that can carry that job further: one that never forgets, never leaves, and proves everything it delivers.
This is why AI transformation is an organizational challenge, not a technical one. The hard questions are not about models. They are about governance and change management: who approves what, who attests to what, how work is reviewed, how accountability flows when some of your employees are artificial. The enterprises that get this right will remain, recognizably, themselves — only more capable of being what they already are.
One team, two natures
The org chart of the coming decade carries two kinds of employees. Humans set direction, own judgment, and attest. Artificial employees carry the execution — the procedures, the memory, the follow-through — around the clock, without attrition.
This is already how our customers work, in some of the most demanding and regulated professions in the world. And it is how we work: artificial employees serve in every department of our company and sit in our all-hands beside their human coworkers. We would not ask any customer to run a company we are not running ourselves.
Accountability does not blur in this design. It sharpens. Every piece of work carries its evidence. What the institution learns, it keeps.
What cannot be downloaded
Intelligence is becoming abundant. Every year it gets more capable and less expensive, and in time every enterprise will have access to the same intelligence at the same price.
But a firm has never been its tools. A firm is its judgment, its procedures, its memory — how it came to be, and the reasoning behind every decision it has ever made. None of that can be downloaded. All of it, for the first time, can be captured, carried, and compounded.
This is where we believe the lasting advantage lives: not in the intelligence a firm rents, but in what the firm knows about itself — held in a form its people, human and artificial, can act on.
Sovereignty
For fifty years, enterprises rented their software, and the trade made sense: the tools were generic, the same for every competitor, and no one ever built an advantage on a dependency everyone shares.
A workforce is different. It carries your procedures, your memory, your judgment — the things that make you who you are. Those should belong to you: your data, your infrastructure, your ways of working. Your firm’s experience should compound into your firm’s advantage, and no one else’s.
How we work
We meet the enterprise where it lives. We sit at the table with the people who own the work, earn trust one workflow at a time, and grow from there. We’ve learned that institutions don’t want an AI strategy to assemble — they want a partner who stays until it works, and a workforce they can hold to the same standard as their own.
We try to carry the complexity so our customers don’t have to. Service as software — not software as a service.
Where we’re going
Picture the enterprise a few years from now. The overnight work arrives finished, with the reasoning attached. The open questions find the right person before the meeting starts. People walk in prepared — not because they read everything, but because nothing was lost — and spend their hours where humans are irreplaceable: on judgment, on relationships, on direction.
Every decision, once made, joins the firm’s memory and makes the next one better. The institution stops forgetting. That is the quiet, compounding change this new workforce makes possible — and the firms that begin now will be years ahead of the firms that wait.
We are working toward a future in which the world’s most important institutions have a workforce equal to their mandate — human and artificial, one team.
What this is not
- Not a story about replacing people. The routine goes to the artificial workforce so the human one gets back what only humans can do.
- Not software. An artificial employee is hired, onboarded, governed, and held to account.
- Not autonomy without accountability. Trust is earned with evidence. Always.
We go first
We are our own first customer. Everything we offer, we live. The enterprise with an artificial workforce is not a prediction — it is how we already work, every day.
If this future feels like yours — as a customer, a builder, or a partner — we would like to meet you.
